What This Role Involves

As a Placement Executive, you will drive our institutional placement strategy by identifying, securing, and facilitating employment pathways for students completing their degree programmes. You will partner with institutional leadership, academic staff, and students themselves to ensure every graduate has genuine access to career-building opportunities aligned with their qualifications and aspirations. Your work directly impacts students' transition from education into the professional world.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and establish placement opportunities with employers suited to our undergraduate and postgraduate student profiles
• Collaborate with the institution's directors and HR leadership to develop and refine placement strategies and goals
• Engage regularly with faculty members to identify student readiness, track progress, and communicate placement outcomes
• Connect directly with students to understand their career goals, provide guidance, and prepare them for employment opportunities
• Create and manage placement frameworks, initiatives, and communication channels that support successful student employment outcomes
