Manager – Risk Consulting

Marsh McLennan seeks an experienced Manager to lead risk consulting and valuation initiatives from our Delhi office. Join our growing Valuation Services Practice and drive impact across India, Africa, and the Middle East.

Role Overview

As Manager - Risk Consulting, you will lead and develop the valuation and risk consulting practice, supporting the expansion of our Valuation Services Practice (VSP) across national and IMEA markets. This full-time position requires your presence in the Delhi office at least three days per week, combining in-office collaboration with flexible working arrangements. You'll manage client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute directly to complex risk assessments and valuation projects that help organisations navigate uncertainty and make informed strategic decisions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering professional development and excellence
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring delivery of high-quality risk and valuation services
• Conduct detailed risk analyses and valuations across diverse sectors and geographies
• Contribute to business development and growth initiatives for the VSP across India and IMEA
• Oversee project delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate across Marsh McLennan teams to integrate risk insights into client solutions

Who We're Looking For

• Professional qualification in accounting, finance, or actuarial science (CA, CFA, or equivalent)
• 7+ years of experience in risk consulting, valuations, or financial advisory
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering client-focused projects
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices in risk management
