About the Role

In this director-level position, you will own the complete strategy for launching new diagnostic and monitoring products, translating clinical innovation into measurable market adoption. You'll define product positioning, orchestrate go-to-market execution, and align clinical evidence, commercial opportunity, and organizational resources to drive success across hospital networks and healthcare systems.

What You'll Do

• Build comprehensive launch strategies for novel neurological diagnostic products, grounded in clinical evidence and unmet care needs
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning clinical affairs, regulatory, commercial, and research to connect product capabilities with customer requirements
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessment to identify positioning opportunities and adoption barriers in emergency and critical care settings
• Create product roadmaps and launch timelines, allocating resources and managing stakeholder alignment throughout execution
• Establish success metrics and track launch performance, adapting strategy based on real-world adoption data
• Partner with hospital systems and academic medical centers to understand clinical workflows and accelerate product integration
• Develop regulatory and commercial documentation that supports successful product market entry

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of product strategy, business development, or launch leadership experience in medical devices or healthcare technology
• Proven track record of successfully launching new products from early stage through full commercialization
• Solid knowledge of hospital workflows, clinical procurement processes, and healthcare regulatory pathways
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Skill in translating clinical science and clinical data into clear, compelling market positioning
• Strategic problem-solving with strong project management and analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; MBA or advanced healthcare qualification preferred
