About the Role

As a Client Executive – Employee Health & Benefits with Marsh McLennan in Brookfield, Waukesha County, you'll serve as the trusted advisor employers rely on to design, manage, and optimize their employee health and benefits programs. You'll combine consultative insight with hands-on account leadership to help organizations care for their people while controlling cost and risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of employer clients across the Employee Health & Benefits practice.
• Develop tailored benefits strategies aligned with each client's workforce, goals, and budget.
• Coordinate renewals, plan reviews, and ongoing service to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Partner with internal specialists, carriers, and vendors to deliver well-rounded solutions.
• Translate complex benefits and compliance topics into clear, actionable guidance for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Background in employee health and benefits, insurance, or related client-facing advisory work.
