About the Role

As Client Services Manager for Employee Health & Benefits, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our corporate clients, managing account relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of benefit solutions. You'll work alongside insurance brokers and consultants to coordinate policy administration, handle client inquiries, and oversee implementation of health and benefits programs that align with client objectives.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employee benefits clients across various industries
• Coordinate the delivery of health insurance, retirement planning, and ancillary benefit services
• Manage day-to-day client communications and resolve service requests with professionalism and urgency
• Support account management activities including renewals, policy changes, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of benefits programs
• Maintain organized client records and follow through on administrative tasks
• Contribute to client retention and satisfaction through proactive service delivery
