The Opportunity

Domino's is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Pizza Chef to join our Colorado Springs team. In this role, you'll take ownership of pizza preparation, ensuring every order meets our quality standards while maintaining efficiency during peak service hours. You'll work in a collaborative kitchen environment where your craftsmanship directly impacts customer satisfaction and store performance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, including dough stretching, topping application, and quality inspection
• Operate pizza ovens and coordinate with the prep and packaging teams to maintain order accuracy and timing
• Monitor food temperatures and storage to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station, including equipment maintenance and sanitation protocols
• Assist with food inventory management and communicate supply needs to management
• Train new kitchen staff on preparation techniques and food safety procedures
• Respond to customer feedback and quality concerns to continuously improve service

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a pizza maker or kitchen chef in a high-volume food service environment
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality and speed
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proper kitchen sanitation practices
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced setting
• Reliability and a strong work ethic, with flexibility for shift-based scheduling
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
