Position Summary

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in running a high-volume Domino's location. You'll oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, manage food quality and safety standards, and ensure customers receive the quality service and products they expect from Domino's. What You'll Do

• Supervise and motivate team members during your shifts, ensuring accountability and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to recipes and food safety protocols
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate product levels
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and a focus on resolution
• Operate POS systems, handle cash, and ensure accurate daily reconciliation and deposits
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment that meets company and health standards
• Assist with scheduling, training new hires, and developing team member skills
