What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs for western apparel, boots, and accessories
- Provide expert product recommendations based on fit, quality, durability, and intended use
- Guide customers through sizing and selection for work-appropriate and casual western wear
- Process transactions accurately and professionally at the point of sale
- Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor and fitting areas
- Build customer loyalty through personalized service and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during shifts
