Boardwalk is hiring a full-time Project Specialist/Sr. Project Specialist in Sterlington, Ouachita Parish, to help drive critical initiatives across one of the most extensive midstream natural gas networks in the United States.
About the Role
As a Project Specialist/Sr. Project Specialist at Boardwalk, you will play a central part in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that keep natural gas and natural gas liquids moving safely and efficiently. Based on-site in Sterlington, Ouachita Parish, this position supports transportation and storage operations that connect producers with end-users across diverse markets. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity (not remote) ideal for an organized problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project activities from initiation through completion, keeping timelines, scope, and deliverables on course.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and records to support informed decision-making.
- Monitor progress, flag risks early, and help implement practical solutions to keep work on track.
- Support continuous improvement of processes that strengthen the safe, reliable delivery of midstream services.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination or a related discipline, with the depth of expertise scaled to the Specialist or Senior Specialist level.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Clear written and verbal communication for working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfort with project tracking tools and standard business software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Sterlington, Ouachita Parish.
