Vero Networks is hiring a Regulatory and Compliance Finance Specialist in Federal Heights, Adams County. Join our finance team in a full-time role focused on managing regulatory, tax, payroll, and compliance obligations for our telecommunications operations.

About the Role

The telecommunications industry operates under complex and evolving regulatory frameworks. As our Regulatory and Compliance Finance Specialist, you'll develop and maintain financial reporting processes and compliance procedures that satisfy regulatory requirements, protecting Vero Networks from regulatory, tax, and compliance risk across both Vero Broadband and Vero Fiber operations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain financial reporting processes and compliance procedures aligned with telecommunications regulatory requirements
• Oversee regulatory filings and ensure financial reports meet FCC and telecommunications regulatory standards
• Identify and manage tax compliance obligations related to broadband and fiber operations
• Support payroll and benefits compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Document regulatory requirements and communicate compliance expectations to finance and operational teams
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential regulatory, tax, and payroll compliance gaps
• Maintain comprehensive records of regulatory submissions and compliance documentation

What We're Looking For

• Background in finance, accounting, business administration, or regulatory affairs (or equivalent professional experience)
• Understanding of telecommunications industry regulations
• Knowledge of tax compliance, payroll requirements, and financial reporting standards
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and develop practical compliance procedures
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with compliance management systems or regulatory documentation tools a plus
