Hydronic Sales Manager

George T Sanders is seeking an experienced Hydronic Sales Manager for our Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County office to lead sales and market development across Colorado's Front Range and Western Slope region. In this full-time position, you'll combine deep technical knowledge of hydronic heating systems with consultative sales expertise to build relationships, influence customer specifications, and drive revenue growth.

About the Role

As Hydronic Sales Manager, you'll own the complete sales cycle for hydronic heating products and solutions across your assigned territory. This role bridges technical understanding and customer relationships, enabling you to position systems that meet client needs while expanding our market presence in residential and commercial segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow hydronic heating product adoption across the Front Range and Western Slope
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, installers, engineers, and direct clients
• Provide technical consultation to help customers specify and select the right hydronic systems for their applications
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to influence specifications and win competitive projects
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to support customers and identify new business opportunities
• Track market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and positioning
• Meet sales objectives and report on pipeline and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally in HVAC, hydronic heating, or related technical fields
• Strong understanding of hydronic system design, installation, and performance principles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both industry professionals and end customers
• Track record of building long-term relationships and expanding account penetration
• Comfort with independent territory management and self-directed sales execution
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your territory
