About the Role
As the Continuous Improvement Manager at California Dairies, you will own the advancement of processes and systems across the company's manufacturing plants. Your focus is implementing initiatives that deliver durable, long-term value rather than short-lived fixes — partnering closely with fellow Continuous Improvement team members and steering cross-functional projects from concept through execution. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Fresno.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive measurable improvements to manufacturing processes and systems throughout California Dairies' facilities.
- Design and roll out programs structured to produce sustained, long-term benefits across operations.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams through projects that standardize systems and operating procedures.
- Collaborate with members of the Continuous Improvement team to align efforts and share best practices.
- Champion a culture of operational excellence and ongoing refinement on the plant floor.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing continuous improvement or process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and projects to completion.
- Skill in developing and standardizing repeatable systems and processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Fresno, Fresno County location.
