About the Role

As a Personal Trainer with Svetness, you will work directly with clients in their homes, delivering customized fitness programs that help them reach their health and wellness goals.

What You'll Do

• Conduct one‑on‑one training sessions tailored to each client’s fitness level, preferences, and objectives.
• Design and adjust exercise plans based on progress assessments and client feedback.
• Teach proper form and technique to minimize injury risk and maximize results.
• Motivate and educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate session notes, track measurable outcomes, and communicate updates to clients.
• Stay current with industry certifications, emerging training methodologies, and safety best practices.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage client retention and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA).
• Valid CPR/AED certification.
• Proven experience designing and leading individualized workout programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse clients.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to client residences within the Lewisville area.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage a flexible schedule.
• Passion for helping others achieve sustainable fitness improvements.
