Role Overview

As a Personal Trainer at Svetness Personal Training, you'll build one-on-one relationships with clients in the in-home training environment, creating personalized fitness solutions tailored to their unique goals and fitness levels. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and any health limitations to inform program design
• Design and deliver customized workout programs during in-home training sessions
• Demonstrate proper exercise form and technique while coaching clients through safe, effective movements
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs to drive results and maintain engagement
• Provide motivation, accountability, and support to help clients stay committed to their fitness goals
• Build lasting relationships with clients in the Cicero area and surrounding communities

Requirements

• Current personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in clients' homes and manage your own schedule
• Commitment to staying current with fitness best practices and professional development
• Reliable transportation
