Organic Growth Strategist (B2B SaaS, Remote – EU/UK)

About This Role

We are representing a fast-growing organic growth agency that works exclusively with B2B SaaS clients across Europe. Our client has built a reputation for combining traditional SEO with emerging AI-powered search optimization, focusing on pipeline impact rather than vanity metrics. They operate with a fully remote, senior-led delivery model where every strategist owns real client outcomes from day one.

This is a chance to work with 3-4 B2B SaaS companies at various stages of growth, building and executing content and SEO strategies that directly influence revenue. You'll be running experiments across traditional search and AI platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, while collaborating with writers, designers, and developers to turn strategy into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end organic growth strategy and execution for 3-4 B2B SaaS clients
• Build and run SEO and content roadmaps focused on driving pipeline, sign-ups, and revenue
• Collaborate with writers, link builders, designers, and developers to deliver on strategic priorities
• Design and execute SEO, LLMO, and GEO experiments including AI Overviews visibility, query capture optimization, and content engineering
• Monitor and analyze performance across traditional search engines and AI platforms
• Lead weekly client calls to share performance updates and strategic recommendations
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights and next-step priorities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing organic growth for B2B SaaS companies
• Strong track record building and executing SEO and content strategies that impact business metrics
• Hands-on experience with search optimization beyond traditional SEO, including emerging AI search platforms
• Ability to translate strategy into clear deliverables and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience running experiments and using data to inform decision-making
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing presentations and reporting
• Must be based in the EU or UK
