Managing Director North / UKI

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS organization in their search for a Managing Director to lead Go-To-Market operations across the North and UKI region. This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for pipeline generation, sales execution, and account management in one of their most strategic markets.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for the region, from pipeline creation through renewals and expansion
• Drive accountability for bookings, ARR growth, retention, and revenue targets
• Translate company-wide growth objectives into clear regional plans with disciplined execution
• Lead AI-driven growth initiatives, ensuring teams sell business outcomes and value, not just features
• Identify and unlock new expansion opportunities through AI product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and segment expansion
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to align on regional and global priorities
• Maintain strong operating cadence through forecasting, performance management, and operational rigor
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing GTM teams across the region
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence while attracting top talent in a competitive market

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record leading end-to-end GTM functions in high-growth SaaS or technology environments
• Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance strategic clarity and hands-on operational leadership
• Experience driving AI or product-led growth initiatives at scale
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales and account management teams
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance optimization
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments with ambiguous or evolving priorities
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and retain top talent
• Based in or willing to relocate to London with regular office presence
