About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Deepsetai, you will be responsible for driving the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. You'll engage with AI engineers and architects as a technical peer while also collaborating closely with CFOs and procurement to achieve commercial outcomes.
What You'll Do
Owning the entire sales process, including outbound engagement, discovery, technical demonstrations, evaluation, and closing deals
Managing a pipeline of enterprise accounts and hitting quarterly ACV targets for deals ranging from €50K to over €500K
Participating in technical sales conversations on agent and RAG architectures, retrieval, evaluation, and pipeline orchestration, handling security and compliance questions directly (SOC 2, EU AI Act, on-prem/VPC)
Building multi-threaded relationships from AI engineers to economic buyers, translating technical wins into business cases for CFOs and procurement
Negotiating enterprise contracts including security reviews, DPAs, and custom MSAs without losing deal velocity
Contributing to the development of the enterprise GTM strategy by feeding market signals back to product and marketing teams, and turning Haystack's open-source community into a pipeline source
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and driving significant revenue growth. A deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), is essential.
