The Opportunity
Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business, is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to join our growing team. With a recent Series E funding round of $200 million and a valuation of $4 billion, Synthesia continues its rapid growth in DACH (Germany (nationwide) (nationwide), Austria, Switzerland). As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by landing and expanding Enterprise customers with 1k - 20k employees. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that values high-performing, value-led sellers who are committed to making a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ARR through the acquisition and expansion of Enterprise customers in DACH (Germany (nationwide) (nationwide), Austria, Switzerland)
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients
- Identify new sales opportunities through direct and teamed prospecting
- Ensure a robust pipeline of sales opportunities for target accounts
- Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
Who We're Looking For
- Native-level German speaker with experience selling to Enterprise logos in DACH (Germany (nationwide) (nationwide), Austria, Switzerland)
- A proven track record of success in methodological, value-driven sales environments
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
