EY seeks a Senior Manager for Oracle Services focused on Oracle Cloud Finance technology consulting, based in Fort Myer, Arlington County. This full-time position leads complex enterprise implementations and advisory engagements across the organization's national consulting practice.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Oracle Cloud Finance Services, you'll oversee the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale Oracle Cloud Finance solutions for enterprise clients. You'll guide cross-functional teams through multi-phase implementations while ensuring alignment with client business objectives and organizational best practices. This role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on technical leadership, positioning you as both a trusted consultant to C-suite stakeholders and a mentor to implementation teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance engagements, from initial assessment through go-live and post-implementation optimization
• Manage complex project delivery across multiple clients and concurrent workstreams
• Provide strategic counsel on Oracle Cloud Finance roadmaps, technology strategy, and digital transformation initiatives
• Build and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering technical excellence and client satisfaction
• Establish and maintain key client relationships, serving as the primary point of escalation and strategic partnership
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, and capability development within EY's Oracle Services organization

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience managing Oracle Cloud Finance implementations and consulting engagements
• Proven leadership managing teams and delivering complex technology projects in a consulting environment
• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud Finance modules, architecture, and integration patterns
• Strong client-facing skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at executive levels
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Experience in financial systems consulting, enterprise resource planning, or related technology advisory
