Senior Manager, Multicultural Brand Marketing – Bilingual (English / Spanish)

PNC is hiring a Senior Manager, Multicultural Brand Marketing – Bilingual (English/Spanish) to lead brand strategy and multicultural initiatives in our Chicago office in the Illinois Medical District. In this full-time leadership role, you'll develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences while advancing PNC's brand presence across key markets.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Multicultural Brand Marketing, you'll own strategy, creative direction, and execution of campaigns tailored to multicultural audiences. This leadership position reports to senior marketing leadership and requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively lead teams, partner with community stakeholders, and craft messaging that speaks authentically to diverse customer segments.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive multicultural marketing strategies aligned with PNC's brand vision and business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams through campaign ideation, production, and launch across digital, traditional, and community channels
• Create culturally relevant brand messaging and creative concepts in English and Spanish
• Build and strengthen relationships with community organizations, cultural partners, and external stakeholders
• Analyze market research and audience insights to inform strategy and optimize campaign performance
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver campaigns on schedule and within cost parameters
• Monitor brand perception and campaign effectiveness, presenting results and recommendations to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a multicultural or brand marketing role
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• Proven track record leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing culturally resonant campaigns and authentic community partnerships
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics tools, and digital campaign platforms
