Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential robotics technology organization seeking a detail-oriented professional for operational procurement in Stuttgart. In this role, you will provide the commercial backbone for innovative automation solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing projects and orders from a commercial perspective, from initial purchase requisition through final delivery
• Supporting procurement of technical components and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring all components are available at the right time and place
• Handling general administration including preparatory accounting and master data maintenance
• Steering internal commercial processes and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (Industriekaufmann/Industriekauffrau) or a degree in business administration
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role
• Strong hands-on mentality—no task is too small or too complex when the team needs support
• High motivation and willingness to learn; deep industry knowledge in robotics is not required
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with ERP systems is ideal
• Fluent German and English language skills required
• Process-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities
