Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce services organization seeking an Online Marketing Manager to join their team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will manage and optimize advertising budgets for multiple clients, focusing on achieving maximum visibility within defined parameters. You'll work closely with account management teams to develop data-driven strategies and deliver measurable results through comprehensive campaign oversight.

Responsibilities

• Develop SEA strategies in collaboration with account managers to maximize advertising potential on major e-commerce platforms
• Conduct keyword research and perform on-page and off-page analyses to continuously improve campaign performance
• Maximize campaign potential through ongoing optimization and monitoring to achieve optimal results
• Analyze campaign data using analytics tools and derive concrete actions for performance improvement
• Build and maintain reporting systems to transparently document campaign results and successes for clients
• Manage seller central platforms to monitor and control advertising campaigns
• Adjust and optimize PPC pricing based on predetermined strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI
• Position products in desired advertising placements to enhance client visibility

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant for e-commerce or similar field
• Independent, self-motivated working style with ability to manage tasks efficiently
• Quick learner with ability to understand complex relationships and new subject areas rapidly
• Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
• Analytical mindset with strong understanding of numbers and data-driven decision making
• Structured communication abilities, both written and oral
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for campaign analysis and professional presentations
• Technical aptitude and comfort working with digital marketing tools and platforms
