Associate Director Reactivations Outbound

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential subscription commerce organization in their search for an Associate Director to lead outbound call center reactivation strategy across international markets. In this role, you will own the strategic development and performance of the outbound call center channel, focusing on re-engaging former customers at scale.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing annual strategic plans for outbound call center initiatives across multiple markets and brands
• Managing outbound call center campaigns throughout the full customer lifecycle, with emphasis on reactivation
• Collaborating with call center operations teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and local market leadership to align channel strategy with business objectives
• Designing and executing outbound communication campaigns, including targeting strategy, messaging, incentive structures, and timing optimization
• Owning campaign performance metrics, maximizing ROI and conversion effectiveness
• Working with learning and development teams to enrich agent training with local context and customer-centric approaches
• Testing personalized offers and utilizing AI tools to improve customer interactions and call content quality
• Leveraging data analysis to identify, test, and evaluate high-impact reactivation strategies
• Evaluating and implementing CRM tools to enhance outbound initiative efficiency
• Ensuring all outbound activities comply with relevant regulations and quality assurance standards
• Setting targets with marketing leadership and steering day-to-day performance on conversions, cost, and ROI

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a CRM expert with strong strategic and analytical capabilities who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven experience in and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences through CRM, lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or related product roles
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels within international, cross-functional environments
• Strong ownership mentality and results-driven approach, including experience prioritizing for highest impact and managing trade-offs effectively
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Experience working with or in call center environments (highly preferred)
• Experience in experimentation and testing methodologies (highly preferred)
• Ability to manage budgets and strategic innovations for a critical customer engagement channel
• Comfort working across multiple international markets with country-specific considerations
