We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client in their search for a Senior Data Analyst. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with stakeholders across finance, marketing, and product functions to deliver analytics that directly inform business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Product to translate open-ended questions into scoped analytical problems with defined success criteria
• Own analytics projects end-to-end from intake through delivery and adoption, sourcing, validating, and modeling data in SQL to produce analysis-ready datasets
• Document methodology, assumptions, and known limitations to ensure results can be reproduced and reused by teams
• Build reusable analytical assets including datasets, dashboards, and metric definitions rather than one-off outputs
• Design Tableau dashboards that answer defined questions for specific audiences, prioritizing clarity over comprehensiveness
• Translate analysis into clear narratives calibrated for non-technical and senior audiences, distinguishing findings from interpretation
• Partner with data engineering, analytics peers, and business teams to align on metric definitions and prevent duplicate sources of truth
• Connect analysis to broader business operations including customer lifecycle and downstream financial impact
• Surface risks and opportunities stakeholders may not have identified

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in an analytics role delivering analysis directly to business stakeholders
• Advanced SQL proficiency including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization against large datasets in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, or similar)
• Tableau experience building and maintaining production dashboards used by business teams
• Track record of owning analytics projects end-to-end, translating ambiguous business questions into defined approaches
• Experience defining KPIs and developing metrics, scorecards, and performance reporting for business teams and leadership
• Experience with customer behavior analysis including retention, churn, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences in written and live formats
• Proficiency using AI tools to accelerate execution while maintaining ownership of quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in DTC subscription business models
• Experience supporting lifecycle or CRM marketing teams
• Familiarity with email and SMS performance metrics and campaign measurement
