Enterprise Manager – Finance, Planning & Analytics

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an Enterprise Manager to lead their Finance, Planning & Analytics team. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll manage a team of analysts performing financial decision support functions across multiple hospital facilities. You'll work directly with executive leadership to drive critical business decisions through comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of financial analysts supporting executive and department leaders in decision-making processes
• Oversee complex business planning initiatives including hospital expansions, new service lines, and market growth opportunities
• Direct ad-hoc financial analysis to solve complex financial and statistical challenges for hospital executive leadership
• Collaborate directly with C-suite executives (CEOs, CFOs) and department leaders on business planning and board presentations
• Lead all preparatory work for forecast and budget processes, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality
• Establish forecast assumptions with system leadership and coordinate debt, insurance, and allocation schedules
• Drive the annual budget cycle, prepare financial data, and ensure all reporting systems are operational and accurate
• Direct system-wide statistical metrics for performance measurement and industry benchmarking
• Manage financial and statistical onboarding of new facilities, building platforms and training staff
• Identify and implement data improvements working with analytics and IT teams
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental teamwork and problem-solving

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications (either):

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Hospital Administration AND five years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• OR Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Hospital Administration AND three years of experience in financial analysis and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration or related field
• Healthcare industry experience with business planning, complex financial analyses, forecasting, and budgeting
• Track record leading critical projects focused on efficiency improvement, data integrity, and system implementations
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, Epic, StrataJazz, and Tableau
• Previous management experience and work with executive leadership teams
• Strong analytical aptitude with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Independent thinker capable of conducting research, data analysis, and issue resolution
