AI Success Manager, East

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI platform company in their search for an AI Success Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This is a remote-first role where you'll serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring successful platform deployments and long-term adoption.

In this hands-on role, you'll lead technical implementations from kickoff through go-live and renewal, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll work directly with customers to configure enterprise integrations, develop joint success plans, and drive strategic value through AI platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary lead on new customer deployments, providing hands-on guidance for SSO setup and connector configuration
• Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live through renewal, managing expectations, timelines, and services budgets
• Create and execute joint success plans and executive business reviews that drive adoption and deliver measurable value
• Provide overall program management, developing tailored project plans and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor deployment progress, customer adoption metrics, and satisfaction indicators
• Proactively identify risks or blockers and drive resolution, escalating internally when appropriate
• Act as a strategic partner and escalation manager, blending technical guidance with business advisory
• Document and improve onboarding processes, playbooks, and best practices
• Contribute actionable feedback to drive continuous product and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in technical deployment, implementation management, technical customer success, or technical account management of SaaS products for enterprise customers
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and related services; certification preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with focus on technical troubleshooting and building consensus around success measures
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities
• Proven experience serving enterprise clients in strategic, consultative, and tactical hands-on roles
• Experience with process documentation, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Solutions-oriented mindset with capability to own escalations as a trusted advisor
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced environments

Pay

The standard On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $140,000–$200,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
