Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Hamburg seeking a motivated student professional (Werkstudent) to join their finance and advisory team. This is not a traditional part-time student role—it's a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who want responsibility, clear goals, and a structured path toward a traineeship program.

This position is entrepreneurial in nature and offers the chance to take ownership, develop professionally, and work in an environment where performance and initiative are valued. You'll receive structured onboarding, regular coaching, and support from an experienced team while building real-world skills in financial consulting.

Note: Excellent German language skills (C1+ level) are required, as training, team communication, and future career development with the client organization are conducted entirely in German.

Responsibilities

Initial Phase (First Weeks):

• Schedule client appointments via phone, networking, and provided leads to build a qualified pipeline
• Learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up protocols, and documentation standards
• Work with KPIs, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your results

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Support analysis of client situations and prepare advisory materials in a structured manner
• Participate in client conversations (based on your development level), manage follow-ups, and ensure clear next steps
• Maintain clean processes, document consistently, and ensure reliability across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team and take ownership of assigned task packages

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and accountability
• Self-initiative and structured work approach
• Motivation to work in a performance-oriented environment with measurable outcomes

Preferred:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance-driven environments

This role is not suitable if you:

• Are seeking a typical student job with minimal hours and low commitment
• Prefer to avoid phone work or appointment scheduling
• Do not have German language skills at C1 level or above
• Prioritize job security over professional development and growth
