About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential education technology client seeking an experienced Master's Programs Admissions Coach to work with graduate school applicants across the United States. This is a remote, flexible coaching role where you'll guide candidates through the competitive graduate admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions with clients applying to master's programs
• Advise on school selection and overall application strategy
• Develop and edit application essays and personal statements
• Refine client resumes for graduate program applications
• Prepare clients for admissions interviews
• Guide letter of recommendation strategy and requests
• Advise on financial aid, scholarships, and funding opportunities
• Support clients through secondary reviews and waitlist situations
• Help clients explore programs and career paths when still deciding
• Set your own coaching hours and rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality client experiences

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with the graduate admissions process (as an admissions professional, counselor, or successful applicant)
• Prior coaching, mentoring, or advising experience
• Clear, structured approach to guiding candidates through complex processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to help clients present their strongest candidacy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for helping people achieve their educational goals
