Marketing Manager

Continental is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., MX. This remote position offers the flexibility to drive marketing strategy and campaign execution from anywhere.

Role Overview

As Marketing Manager at Continental, you'll develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and support business growth. You'll oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and measure campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance against established KPIs
• Coordinate with sales, product, and internal communications to ensure marketing alignment
• Develop marketing content, manage content calendars, and oversee promotional activities
• Research market trends and competitive landscape to refine strategy
• Track marketing results, generate performance reports, and optimize ongoing initiatives
• Supervise marketing team members and manage relationships with external marketing partners

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing management or marketing strategy experience
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver results on schedule
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strategic thinking paired with creative marketing approach
