As an LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse with Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, you will deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes throughout Hutchinson, KS. This full-time, on-site position offers both day and evening shifts, giving you a meaningful nursing career centered on the person behind every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-patient-at-a-time skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Monitor each child's condition and respond to changing health needs with attentive, compassionate care
• Carry out physician-directed care plans and document care accurately
• Partner closely with families, caregivers, and the broader care team to support each child's wellbeing
• Work scheduled day or evening shifts based on patient and family needs

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
• A genuine passion for pediatric and home-based nursing care
• Strong communication skills and a dependable, family-focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting in Hutchinson, Reno County
• Availability for day and/or evening shifts
