Sr. Manager, T-Line South – Location Flexible

PG&E Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, T-Line South to lead transmission line operations and engineering initiatives across Northern California. This is a full-time position based in the Monte Vista area of Santa Clara County.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of the T-Line South division, you will oversee critical transmission infrastructure serving multiple California regions. This leadership position combines operational oversight, engineering management, and strategic project delivery to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient electricity transmission across a multi-county service area.

What You'll Do

• Direct transmission line operations, maintenance, and construction activities across service regions
• Lead and develop teams focused on asset management, safety compliance, and service reliability
• Oversee engineering and project initiatives to maintain and modernize transmission infrastructure
• Manage operational budgets, schedules, and resources aligned with business objectives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry safety standards
• Collaborate across business units to support integrated service delivery
• Champion continuous improvement in operations, safety culture, and team performance

What We're Looking For

• Senior management experience in electric utility operations, transmission engineering, or related infrastructure
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in operations or maintenance environments
• Strong knowledge of transmission systems, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated project and program management expertise
• Experience managing safety-critical operations and mitigating operational risk
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
