Sr. Manager, T-Line South – Location Flexible

About the Role

As the Sr. Manager, T-Line South, you will direct the engineering, maintenance, and program management of the transmission line network within PG&E's Electric Engineering business unit. This senior leadership position offers location flexibility, with East Quincy in Plumas County serving as a home base alongside numerous service locations throughout PG&E's California territory. You will guide multidisciplinary teams that keep the high-voltage transmission system safe, reliable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership for transmission line (T-Line) engineering, construction, and operations across the southern region
• Oversee project and program management efforts spanning maintenance, capital work, and system upgrades
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, technical staff, and field operations personnel
• Champion safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance standards throughout all T-Line activities
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets across multiple work locations within the service area

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience at the senior manager level within electric engineering, utilities, or a closely related field
• Background spanning engineering or science, maintenance, construction, operations, and project or program management
• Proven ability to lead large, geographically distributed teams and complex initiatives
• Strong understanding of transmission line systems and electric infrastructure
• Willingness to support work across multiple California locations, with East Quincy, Plumas County as a base
