About the Role
As Senior Manager of T-Line South, you'll direct operations and maintenance of high-voltage transmission lines across assigned territories. This position combines strategic planning, project oversight, team leadership, and a focus on regulatory compliance and operational safety.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor transmission operations and maintenance teams
- Plan, schedule, and oversee transmission line inspections, maintenance, and construction projects
- Ensure compliance with FERC, NERC, OSHA, and state regulatory standards
- Manage operational budgets, resources, and timelines for consistent reliability
- Coordinate across engineering, field operations, and support departments
- Drive performance improvements and operational risk mitigation
- Support grid reliability and emergency response protocols
What We're Looking For
- Senior management experience in utility transmission, electrical operations, or infrastructure management
- Demonstrated expertise in transmission line operations and maintenance
- Proven track record leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects
- Knowledge of FERC, NERC, and OSHA regulatory frameworks
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service territory
