LN Venues, CRM Marketing Manager – Premium

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential live entertainment organization seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to support their premium offerings. This role will focus on email marketing campaign production, CRM automation, and data-driven audience segmentation. You'll work with sales marketing initiatives while facilitating AI-driven tools and maintaining technical documentation across CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support audience segmentation for sales marketing initiatives across premium business lines
• Lead production of email marketing campaigns to customers and prospects following approved guidelines
• Facilitate AI-driven sales tools, including script development, multivariate testing, and performance reporting
• Monitor CRM automations and sales tools, identifying irregularities, performance issues, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain and update internal training materials and technical documentation to reflect current processes and best practices
• Create and modify reports and dashboards across various CRM products
• Perform routine data operations including imports, updates, deduplication, and data hygiene tasks
• Report to the CRM Director supporting premium sales

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with email service platforms and email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)
• Strong understanding of database concepts and segmentation strategies
• Comfort working with large data sets and extracting actionable insights
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience with Photoshop or graphic design software preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with adaptability to change
