We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an Account Executive – Public Sector Government (Defense & Security) in Germany. Our client transforms opportunity into action by developing trusted customer relationships and driving meaningful growth across strategic accounts. This role focuses on connecting innovative enterprise technology solutions to customer priorities in the defense and security sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with public sector government clients in the defense and security space
• Drive revenue growth across strategic accounts within your assigned territory
• Connect enterprise technology solutions to customer business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
• Navigate complex procurement processes typical of government defense and security organizations
• Collaborate with internal teams to position the full portfolio of solutions
• Develop account strategies and execute on quarterly and annual sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B technology sales, preferably within public sector or government accounts
• Experience selling to defense and security organizations strongly preferred
• Understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Fluency in German and English required
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Ability to articulate complex technology solutions to diverse stakeholders
• Self-motivated with demonstrated success managing strategic accounts
