About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in Indonesia that is seeking an Activation Specialist to join their tax software division. Our client serves thousands of businesses across Indonesia, helping them navigate digital tax compliance and reporting. This role combines technical implementation, client training, and ongoing account management.

As an Activation Specialist, you'll work directly with clients to configure their tax software, deliver product training, and serve as a trusted advisor on tax compliance best practices. You'll maintain an active portfolio of accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client success.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize tax software applications to meet individual client requirements
• Deliver comprehensive product training sessions to client users
• Provide consultancy on tax software best practices and compliance workflows
• Maintain an active account portfolio, monitoring usage patterns and transaction activity
• Troubleshoot client issues and deliver timely solutions
• Gather client requirements and implement system configurations accordingly
• Collaborate with development teams on application testing and new feature validation
• Prepare regular reports on client needs, challenges, and opportunities for your manager

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Tax or equivalent field required
• Brevet Certification is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Comfort working with financial data and meeting clients face-to-face or virtually
• Fast learner who can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure
