Lifecycle Marketer, Self-Serve

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI software platform in their search for a Lifecycle Marketer focused on their self-serve user base. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies for millions of users. You'll work at the intersection of intelligent automation, personalization, and growth marketing in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

This position is based in London and offers the chance to shape how a rapidly scaling product communicates with its user community through sophisticated, AI-driven lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing for the self-serve user base across all key stages: activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• Serve as the lifecycle point of contact for product launches, experiments, and go-to-market initiatives
• Design intelligent, rules-based or algorithmic lifecycle programs that dynamically determine messaging strategy—who receives communications, optimal timing, channel selection (email, in-app, push, and emerging channels), and content personalization based on user behavior and context
• Apply AI and automation throughout your workflow for content generation, personalization, segmentation, decisioning logic, and analysis
• Build experimentation and data-driven optimization into every program, measuring true incremental impact beyond surface-level engagement metrics
• Partner closely with Data, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure lifecycle messaging feels native, timely, and genuinely valuable to users

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing at consumer or product-led growth scale
• 3+ years of deep, hands-on expertise with modern lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io
• Strong technical fluency including Liquid templating, email HTML/CSS, segmentation logic, and event-driven campaign architecture
• Experience with CDPs, event pipelines (e.g., RudderStack), and SQL for self-serve analysis is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to build adaptive, evolving lifecycle systems rather than static campaign structures
• Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to content creation, personalization, segmentation, and decisioning logic
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and designing systems that continuously improve over time
• Strong content craftsmanship to ensure all outbound communications maintain brand quality and consistency
• Applications must be submitted in English, as it is the working language of the organization
