About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization in their search for a Legal Innovation Partner. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on strategic client relationships within the legal sector. You'll serve as the primary advisor to a portfolio of law firms and legal departments, guiding them through AI adoption and digital transformation while owning renewal and expansion outcomes for your book of business.

This is not a traditional customer success role—you'll be a trusted thought partner to firm leadership, helping them navigate the evolving landscape of legal AI and document management technology.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with law firm and legal department clients, serving as their primary advisor and point of accountability
• Drive renewal and expansion within your assigned portfolio, maintaining high net revenue retention and identifying growth opportunities aligned to client needs
• Develop and execute tailored AI adoption roadmaps, working with firm leadership and legal technology teams to identify high-value use cases and build measurable adoption plans
• Lead executive-level business reviews with firm management committees, CIOs, and Chief Innovation Officers, clearly communicating ROI, adoption performance, and strategic direction
• Proactively identify and escalate at-risk accounts, partnering with sales and technical teams to execute remediation plans
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to channel client feedback into the product roadmap
• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI transformation engagement
• Represent the organization at legal technology conferences, client advisory boards, and industry events

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or management consulting focused on the legal sector
• Fluency in using AI for legal workflows and legal applications
• Direct experience owning client relationships and renewal/expansion outcomes in a B2B SaaS or legal technology environment
• Deep understanding of law firm operations—how firms are structured, how decisions are made, how technology is evaluated and adopted, and what drives attorney behavior
• JD or equivalent legal industry experience strongly preferred; prior law firm practice (associate or counsel level) is a significant advantage
• Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior law firm stakeholders, including partners, COOs, CIOs, and practice group leaders
• Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to design and deliver compelling client presentations and ROI narratives
• Familiarity with legal AI applications, document management systems, and the broader legal technology ecosystem
• Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and industry events

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $190,000 - $210,000 annual salary. Individual compensation is determined based on career level, skills, experience, geographic location, and qualifications.
