We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support IT operations across multiple data centers worldwide. Responsibilities

• Solve complex firmware and hardware-related issues with servers, requiring in-depth knowledge of system architecture, network configurations, and advanced troubleshooting
• Take charge of hardware problem management and develop innovative solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert and point of escalation for team members
• Collaborate with R&D teams to improve hardware designs
• Create new processes and documentation for IT hardware teams
• Improve support processes and develop training materials
• Travel to data centers to participate in large-scale hardware projects and collaborative events

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of data centers, server and network equipment
• Deep knowledge of IT hardware with practical troubleshooting experience
• Advanced skills working with Unix operating systems and command line
• Advanced network troubleshooting skills
• Experience with equipment monitoring, data analysis, and presentation
• Proactive approach and strong sense of responsibility
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical certifications in relevant areas
• Skills in designing and repairing electronic equipment
• Driving license type B
