About This Position

As an IT Assistant with a focus on administrative support, you'll work at the intersection of technical operations and office efficiency. Based in Košice and supporting our Telekom Business Customers and Information Technology division, you'll play a hands-on role in keeping our internal operations running smoothly. This part-time role offers flexibility, exposure to modern IT environments, and the chance to develop a diverse skillset across technical and administrative domains.

Core Duties

• Deliver first-line technical support to colleagues and internal customers
• Manage IT support tickets, prioritize requests, and document resolution steps
• Perform routine system monitoring and basic maintenance activities
• Support IT asset management, inventory control, and equipment allocation
• Coordinate administrative workflows and maintain accurate documentation
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning tasks
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements

Requirements

• Solid foundation in IT systems, support processes, and business software
