Inventory Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $120/hr

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the AI research sector. They need an experienced Inventory Specialist to evaluate AI-generated operational outputs and provide structured feedback to improve model performance. This is a fully remote contract role open to candidates across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts related to operations, inventory, and capacity planning against domain-specific quality rubrics
• Ensure accuracy and rigor in operational outputs produced by AI systems
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs and enhance domain quality
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to assess and refine work products

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, inventory management, or capacity planning
• Native or professional fluency in English
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly presentation tools

Preferred:

• Master's degree or higher from a reputable institution
