Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology client seeking a Freelance Brand Designer for a specialized project in Sweden. This remote, part-time role focuses on creating strong visual identities and brand systems for real-world applications. Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes
• Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements
• Serve as the gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits
• Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards
• Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus
• Strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines (must be included with application)

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in building foundational brand assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems
• Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets
• Proven ability to translate brand identity seamlessly across varied formats, from digital social media to corporate materials and print
• Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries

Professional Qualities:

• Strategic, detail-obsessed mindset focused on long-term brand equity
• Strong dedication to visual consistency and ability to function as a true brand gatekeeper
• Self-directed work ethic with ability to troubleshoot independently and deliver high-quality assets
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above

Time Commitment: Estimated 10–20 hours per week during active project phases. This is freelance contract work based in Sweden (remote).
