Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems (Argentina)

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems based in Argentina. Our client is a global team dedicated to advancing clinical trials through innovative technology platforms and enterprise systems that support critical operations worldwide.

This role sits within the Organizational Learning & Development function and serves as the primary learning partner for enterprise clinical and business technology platforms. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining global systems training that translates complex workflows, compliance requirements, and business processes into clear, role-based learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for enterprise clinical and financial systems implementations, releases, enhancements, new modules, new hire onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing sustainment
• Own the training approach for major enterprise platforms in partnership with system owners and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment to go-live timelines, validated-system requirements, and adoption goals
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Clinical Systems, Finance, Project Operations, Quality, and business leaders to confirm audiences, learning objectives, content readiness, and training timelines
• Develop and maintain role-based learning journeys, curricula, job aids, quick reference guides, eLearning modules, videos, workshops, and other performance support resources
• Support global end-user training delivery through demonstrations, train-the-trainer sessions, stakeholder briefings, learner communications, and adoption support across enterprise platforms
• Partner with LMS and learning operations teams to ensure training assets are accurately assigned, published, version controlled, and reportable within learning management systems

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Communications, Information Technology, Clinical Operations, Life Sciences, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in learning, training, instructional design, systems enablement, technology adoption, or related roles
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering role-based systems training through instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, blended, video, and performance-support formats
• Experience supporting complex implementations, validated clinical systems, financial or project operations platforms, system releases, and global rollouts
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed

Required Skills:

• Strong instructional design, facilitation, systems-training, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to translate complex clinical, financial, project operations, compliance, and workflow requirements into clear learning experiences
• Working knowledge of regulated or validated systems training, including GCP, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, audit readiness, and role-based access
• Strong written, verbal, visual, and analytical skills; comfortable learning new systems quickly
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple concurrent releases or implementations in a global, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with clinical trial management systems, clinical data platforms, electronic trial master files, financial management systems, or similar enterprise technology platforms
• Familiarity with LMS administration, training matrices, GxP training, or 21 CFR Part 11 environments
• Experience with Salesforce-based platforms or similar enterprise applications
