Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology and AI

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential DevSecOps technology organization seeking a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology and AI to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology programs. This is a fully remote opportunity where you'll serve as a trusted advisor and program execution partner to IT leadership, translating strategic objectives into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

In this highly visible role, you will:

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity enterprise technology and AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking
• Define and communicate clear success metrics for each program, reporting status and risk to leadership on a regular cadence, and escalating issues with recommended paths forward
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs
• Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating decision-making, resolving dependencies, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams
• Recommend and implement improvements to program governance frameworks, intake processes, and operational best practices
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable work plans accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Anticipate risks and interdependencies across the portfolio, proactively mitigating blockers before they impact delivery

You will operate at the intersection of IT, Finance, Legal, Product, and Business operations, bringing structure and clarity to programs that span multiple domains and functions. Whether standing up new capabilities, improving governance practices, or scaling operational processes, you will be the connective tissue that keeps programs moving, risks surfaced, and stakeholders informed.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a senior-level program manager with:

• 6+ years of program management experience, with a strong track record delivering large, cross-functional enterprise technology and AI programs
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems
• Experience influencing without authority, earning trust with senior stakeholders, and driving alignment across functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product
• Comfort operating at both a strategic level and in the details, switching between executive communication and hands-on program execution as needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive audiences
• Familiarity with enterprise IT domains such as business systems, data, AI, security, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture (depth in one or more areas preferred)
• Proficiency with program and project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar); PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment with a bias toward asynchronous collaboration and clear documentation
