You'll work with job seekers at various skill levels, guiding them from foundational concepts through certification readiness. Your role combines direct instruction, hands-on mentorship, and progress tracking to ensure learners achieve their career goals while developing professional competency in manufacturing environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Teach manufacturing theory, safety protocols, and technical skills aligned with CMA certification standards
  • Deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on training to diverse adult learners
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
  • Prepare and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and learning environments

Requirements
