Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Teach manufacturing theory, safety protocols, and technical skills aligned with CMA certification standards
- Deliver both classroom instruction and hands-on training to diverse adult learners
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
- Prepare and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and learning environments
- Support learners in preparing for and completing CMA certification exams
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality instruction and program consistency
Requirements
- Proven experience working in manufacturing or a related technical field
- Certified Manufacturing Associate (CMA) certification or equivalent manufacturing credential
- Experience teaching, training, or mentoring adults in technical subjects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated commitment to helping diverse learners succeed
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
