Modivcare is recruiting Certified Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) for part-time positions in Schenectady and the surrounding communities throughout Schenectady County. The Opportunity

This part-time position with Modivcare lets you contribute to your clients' independence and quality of life while maintaining scheduling flexibility. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, hands-on personal and health care support to clients in their homes across the Schenectady area
• Assist with essential activities of daily living based on each client's specific care plan
• Monitor client well-being and report any changes or concerns to supervisors and care coordinators
• Maintain detailed records of all care services provided
• Follow established health, safety, and infection prevention protocols
• Build trust and rapport with clients and their families through respectful, professional communication

What You Bring

• Valid New York State certification as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)
• Availability to work part-time hours in Schenectady and surrounding areas
• A genuine commitment to supporting clients with dignity and respect
• Dependable transportation for visiting multiple client homes
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
