About the Role

This part-time Home Health Aide position focuses on pediatric home care in Union County, supporting children's health, development, and well-being within family settings. You'll deliver direct personal assistance and care coordination, building meaningful relationships with the families you serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance to children in their home environments
• Support activities of daily living and health-related tasks as assigned
• Monitor and communicate child health status and care observations to clinical supervisors
• Build trust and rapport with children and their families
• Maintain detailed care records and documentation
• Follow care plans and protocols established by supervising healthcare professionals
