About the Role
As Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding Modivcare's footprint by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and strengthening our market presence. You'll work in a service-driven environment where your strategic vision directly impacts the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at generating new leads and expanding referral partnerships
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong working relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders in your territory
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that create value for both Modivcare and our partners
- Track performance metrics, analyze market trends, and report on territory activity to support data-driven decision-making
- Identify gaps and opportunities within your territory and develop targeted plans to capture market share
- Represent Modivcare professionally at industry events, partnerships meetings, and community engagements
