About the Role

As a Property Manager for a high-rise community, you are the central liaison between residents, ownership, and our support team. You'll oversee all aspects of property operations, building an environment where tenants feel valued and buildings run smoothly. What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day high-rise building operations, including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and lease administration
• Build strong resident relationships through responsive communication and professional problem-solving
• Oversee budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation across the property
• Enforce lease terms, handle move-ins and move-outs, and maintain lease documentation
• Coordinate maintenance and emergency response with internal teams and external contractors
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing residential properties
• Monitor building systems, amenities, and common areas to maintain high standards
• Conduct routine inspections and address tenant requests promptly
