Inside Sales Support Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IT solutions organization in their search for an Inside Sales Support Representative. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States for candidates authorized to work for any U.S. employer without sponsorship.

Our client serves businesses nationwide by connecting them with the right technology solutions—from hardware and software to cloud platforms and support services. The Sales Support Representative plays a vital role in helping Account Managers deliver exceptional service and grow their client base.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more Executive, Senior Executive, or Presidential Account Managers with day-to-day order fulfillment and customer issue resolution
• Provide superior customer service throughout the order fulfillment process
• Act as a support resource for daily transactions, enabling Account Managers to focus on business development
• Proactively follow up on open orders and customer service issues to minimize problems and ensure resolution
• Handle incoming calls and assist Account Managers with customer communications as needed
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to account retention and growth through excellent service delivery
